Automate the busywork between your tools.
Leads retyped into the CRM, quotes sent by hand, invoices chased by email. Our Toronto studio automates those processes end to end with n8n, Zapier, Make, direct APIs and AI agents.

Before and after: the processes we automate most
If it happens every week and follows the same rules, it can probably run on its own.
| Process | By hand today | Automated |
|---|---|---|
| Lead intake and CRM | Leads arrive by web form, call, email, WhatsApp and Instagram DM, and someone retypes them into the CRM at the end of the day. | Every lead lands in one place, de-duplicated and routed in seconds. Contacts are created and enriched, deals move by stage, calls and emails are attached. |
| Follow-ups | Quotes go quiet until someone remembers to chase them. | Email, SMS or WhatsApp sequences that stop when the customer replies, plus nudges on quiet quotes. |
| Quotes and invoices | Quotes built by hand, invoices chased by email. | Quotes from your templates and price list, approved, then invoiced in QuickBooks, Xero or Stripe, with reminders. |
| Onboarding | Welcome email, accounts, folders, contract and kickoff call, set up one at a time for each new client or hire. | All of it from one trigger, with e-signature contracts. |
| Approvals | Discounts, expenses and purchases wait in someone’s inbox. | Approved in one tap in Slack, Teams, Telegram or email, with an audit trail. |
| Reports and data entry | Numbers copied out of the CRM, accounting, ads and spreadsheets; orders, contacts, inventory and timesheets re-entered between systems. | Daily and weekly summaries sent where you read them, and systems that don’t talk kept in sync. |
When a spreadsheet outgrows itself, we build a small internal app or dashboard on your own data.

What to automate, and what to leave alone
Good candidates
Work that repeats weekly, follows clear rules, moves data between systems, or hurts when forgotten.
Poor candidates
Work that’s rare, different every time, or dependent on a personal relationship.
We estimate minutes per run × runs per month first, so you know the payoff before you pay. Then we map each step, build in your accounts, test on real data and launch with alerts and run logs, watching the first weeks closely. You get docs and a walkthrough at hand-over.
Rolling out AI assistants too? That’s AI implementation.
Sometimes the best automation is deleting a step. If so, we’ll tell you.
Business process automation FAQ
Which business processes should we automate first?
The ones that repeat most and cost the most when they slip. Lead intake, follow-ups and invoicing are common first picks; we rank yours on the free call.
n8n, Zapier or Make: which automation platform is right for us?
Zapier suits simple flows across many apps, Make suits multi-step flows on a budget, and n8n suits complex logic or self-hosting. Many setups combine a platform with a few direct API calls.
Can you automate software that has no API?
Often, yes: through email parsing, webhooks, scheduled exports or, as a last resort, browser automation. We’ll tell you up front if a connection would be fragile.
What happens when an automation breaks?
You get an alert, failed runs are logged and can be retried, and nothing fails silently. We can also handle monitoring and fixes on an ongoing basis.
Do we own the automations you build?
Yes. They live in your accounts with your API keys, and you get documentation so your team or another developer can maintain them.
How is an automation project quoted?
After the free call you get a written plan and one fixed price. Platform subscriptions and usage are paid by you directly; we estimate them up front.
